I vote for Martha - my middle daughter (7) is Martha Alice, and we've only ever met one other Martha (who lives in our street) but there are quite a few other Alices at school.

I love Martha. Very very pretty and timeless.

I've got a Martha and an Alice so I would have to vote for one of those names (and also everyone has commented on how much they like those names when we've introduced them to people)

3. Rosie - like others, I'd go for a longer version and use Rosie as an abbreviation.

Rosie has trailed a long way behind in last place, unless as a nn for a longer name.

Martha and Alice are pretty much a dead heat for first place I think. But Alice seems more 'popular' as several voters seem to have one.
