A cape for Death of Rats

What fabric can I use to make a hooded cape for my rat skeleton (plastic!) to turn him into Death of Rats?

It needs to be weatherproof as he'll be out on the woods.

Some kind of vinyl/plastic but not the sort with the woven fabric back as I think that would go manky. A thick bin bag might do it... 🤔

They had bat skeletons too - I could invent Death of Bats 😂

The spider ones were all kinds of wrong though. I'm not prepared to have one of those in the hose at all!

That is most awesome!I need to do this geocache! Croydon isn't too far from me. I foresee a visit. Are you near a tram stop? My son likes going on the trams.
