That paper from Costco...

I bought an extra pack of that Costco paper (also availabel from British Bookshops/Sussex Stationers which is where I got mine from) and am going to split it and see ifI can sell it on Ebay

Now, how shall I split it? There are 6 colours and 10 designs and you get 3 sheets of each design in each colour.

  1. Split the pack into 3 with 1 of each design in each colour which gives 60 sheets of paper per set.
  2. as above but split in half so you only get 5 designs so 30 sheets
  3. as above but split in half again giving 15 sheets.
  4. I could split the pack and sell each design or colour separately (although my gut feeling is that a variety of designs and colours is better)

What do you think? I'm certainly not planning on ripping anyone off for postage and would be charging a reasonable price (which is another question... what is a reasonable price so the buyer is happy that they're getting a bargain but I make enough to part-fund my recent purchases from a couple of US websites...?)

Dior - the papers are the ones in the 4.35 and 4.36 posts on this thread.

I'm more than happy to send you a little of mine if there is anything that you like the look of

Sorry - should have been clearer - the Costco ones are those. Soupy has slightly different one's I think!

I've sorted them all in now - but if I could get back to one of each that would be 90 papers (some I have used so might not have all of them, but I'll double up if I need to).

I think the pack cost about £9, so that would be £2.25 plus postage. I think postage will be about £2, judging by how much Whizz paid to post a whole pack, but I'll let you know the exact price once I've posted them!

If you want less than 90, or there are some colours you never use, let me know. If you only want 60 for example that'll be £1.5o plus P&P.

Just let me know!

cor, still sorting here!

can't sort the plain dark blues out! i have 12 sheets but they look more than 3 slightly different shades. it doesn't really matter, hmmm.

AuntyQuated · 15/01/2006 09:42

soupy - what colours/shades are yours? there no subtle/muted/rustic shades in this pack they are bright and bold. we could swap some if you like.

SoupDragon · 15/01/2006 09:51

Not on the gin, Dior - I have too many biscuit crumbs permanently lodged in my keyboard that sometimes the keys don't work!

It's this lot her AQ - nothing subtle about it

AQ I had that trouble with the dark blue ones too! Tried different lights, everything, then just bunged them all together!

What terrible dilemmas we face when sorting things out!!

Dior, if it's only 25 sheets, maybe a swop would be better. That's if you've got 25 sheets you do not need!!

Otherwise, I make it 60p plus postage!

soapbox · 15/01/2006 19:44

Also, let me know what colours you like best and which ones you hate!

soapbox · 15/01/2006 19:45

Soupie, do you want/need any of the Costco one?

Dior, CAT me you address please.

I won't know how much the postage is until I've sent the, IYSWIM. I wouldn't think it would be more than a pound or so!
