Marne and Coral, I haven't made my card yet but will do it over the weekend and get the B&Ps out 1st class Monday morning. Seem to be spending half my life down the hospital with DD ATM!The rest of the time I am so shattered I fall asleep on the settee!

PP-- did you use versamark ink for the stamp or just straight embossing ink? it is really effective.

i have used my one red stone Whizzz. i used everyhting but messed up with one piece and had to replace it with an identical piece i alraedy had. i have added some paint/glue type stuff

I feel all Christmassy now !
Might go & make some more whilst I'm in the mood - I fancy making some Xmas Jewellery cards

Whizz, is that cork I see on your B&Ps. I am looking for some to make a champagne cork for an 18th card. Where di you get it.

it is speckled paper UCM. i can pop some in with your B&P if iy will be useful

Thanks but I really need a thin sheet of cork. I want to do a dark green bottle neck diagonally from side of card and have a cork and lots of little gold 18's flying out. Was thinking about trying to slice a real cork but DH said I would have my fingers off!!

slicing a cork doesn't work very well (or it didn;t when I tried !) - you loads of little bits of cork falling off !

It is sort of cork - ish looking - I have loads if you want some CAT me your address

It was a pack I bought from Paper Mill Shop !

AQ, I used an clear embossing pad and then evergreen embossing powder.

Undercover mum I have got some thin cork 'paper'- can't remember where I got it from, though I have posted about it in the past.
