Hello girls,
I just got a phone call yesterday morning from some midwife, she said that antibodies were found in my blood. She never said what kinda but i think she mentioned Rhesus disease and aneamia in baby bla bla bla. I was too stressed to understand. She asked me if i had blood transfusion in the past and when i daid no she became silent. She could not explain me a thing, a lot of we dont know wr not sure, it just happens. I started searching and i only see the ladies with Rhesus negative or after blood transfusion having it. I am Rhesus positive, so is my husband, i never had any blood transfusions in my life. We do have a 4 years old daughter.and ive never had this while pregnant with her. Anyone had same experience, i am crying my eyes out :(

I'm sure this is very stressful for you, but try to show a bit more respect to the health services that are trying their best to help you. "Some midwife" comes across as really rude, as does "bla bla bla".

Milita123 · 20/04/2020 11:45

Muclowe i am sorry if i sounded rude, i didnt mean to insult anyone. I am a foreigner and sometimes i can sound rude but i dont mean it. Maybe the way i translate stuff it sounds wrong. But i dont want to make anyone upset. I think ill ask admin to delete this thread if people feel ofended somehow.

@milita123 please don't apologise. I think everyone can see you're not being rude here. I think the above comment was a bit over the top.

Daisychain191 I think im extra sensitive at the moment. saw this post and it have me palpitations now. People to get offended by something i didnt mean its the least thing i want now.

You've got more important things on your mind right now, please don't waste time on the little things. Take care of yourself Smile

@Sussexmidwife sorry to bother you on this feed but I was just wondering if you know roughly how long blood results take to come back from having them done at the booking appointment with the midwife. I had them taken on the 4th march and haven't heard anything since. I have an online pregnancy app but check that daily and still nothing. I've had my 12 week scan and nothing was said.....do I need to chase them up or if something was wrong would someone have contacted me by now? I can't get hold of my midwife as she has been off ill all last week...

@Sussexmidwife hello I know it’s an old post but could you confirm if the antigen E is worse than the e ? Thankyou in advance
