To have an irrational loathing of Mr Tumble?

Am I alone in finding Mr Tumble INTENSELY annoying to the point that I have to leave the room when I hear his voice? Or maybe I just watch too much Cbeebies. And while I'm having a premenstrual rant, Miss Hooley comes a close second...wink

Dippymare et al. You must simply TRY HARDER! How can you not Love the man, the myth, the LEGEND that is His Tumbleness?

He answered my Question you know...on the webchat thingummy, so gracious. Very neat typing too.

oh and I've made you all some lovely Cool Aid.

AppleTreeWick · 14/06/2010 20:44

Bingumy we only went on Sunday, and had to leave at 8pm because DD wasn't too well. Enjoyed what we saw tho (apart from the 30 mins of torrential rain at 5pm).

Took DD (3) and DS2 (20).

'Hello, hello, how are you...'

Noooooooooooo!

YANBU.

ROFL jackbauer, could not have put it better myself

Gbush · 19/08/2015 11:05

Sidge - I can ride a unicycle and play guitar. I'm not nearly patronising enough tho.

TremoloGreen · 19/08/2015 14:36

Sorry but we love mr tumble in this house, we even went to see his theatre show (1.5 hours of mr tumble)!

Also, sometimes grandad tumble rings us up for a chat and says 'oh yes, DD must eat her peas/get ready for bed now', and she magically does! So really I'd be lost without him Grin

Hygellig · 19/08/2015 14:39

YADNBU - I can't stand Mr Tumble or Justin's Housr but unfortunately my son (4) begs to differ.

MostlyCake · 19/08/2015 14:41

Tremolo that is GENIUS. Am trying thatone tonight (grin)

pomegranatesandfilms · 19/08/2015 14:41

YADNBU I turn all his programmes off. I particularly hate the one where he takes on loads of dodgy characters, one looks like Benny Hill. How the hell has he got a monopoly on CBeebies I hardly let Ds watch because of Justin.

I too have a automatic aversion to him and have to turn him off.

MostlyCake · 19/08/2015 14:42

Hmm. No grinning face.....oh well , you get the picture....

DaddyDr · 19/08/2015 14:57

I would go one further than that and say I cant stand ceebeebies full stop. Its just awful, with its everything must be educational TV. Banned in our house, I put a code lock on the channel so my mother in law cant force it on him. My boy much prefers Disney TV. Jake and the neverland pirates, Sophia the first, Doc Mcstuffen, Mickey mouse club house. All so much more fun than anything ceebeebees shows.

And don't get me started on peepa pig

Rovinja · 19/08/2015 15:12

I assumed he was gay but I have a friend who knows his sister and apparently he's married with kids! I understand that 50 Shades of Tumble is a thing though, and the less I know about it the better...
