Skips prettily about the vast empty potentiality of the empty Hall and awaits.

TinyApeInBigPants · 27/05/2010 10:56

I had the oddest dream last night that I was out to dinner with dr julius strangepork (pigs in space)

Hullygully · 27/05/2010 10:59

But you were! I saw you, all huge with baby electrical Nigel.

OP posts:
TinyApeInBigPants · 27/05/2010 11:05

It was surreal, we were discussing the merits of cat/dog baskets? (WTF)

Anyhooo, enough of my weirdness, how is DD Hully?

Hullygully · 27/05/2010 11:07

Hopefully, a lot better, thanks. She is staying uninvolved with the odder group (but still polite) and so far so manageable. We'll see...I don't imagine it's all gone away by magic.

OP posts:
TinyApeInBigPants · 27/05/2010 11:11

Thank goodness it seems to have settled at least She sounds like a lovely and mature young lady

Hullygully · 27/05/2010 11:12

She sort of is..She is also a bit like me which doesn't always work v well. I keep telling her you can get away with stuff at 46 that you really can't at 11...

OP posts:
pagwatch · 27/05/2010 11:14

Well done HullyGirl. If she can rise above it all it may pass.

I have darling mother arriving any moment so must away. I must tend her many needs so will pass this way again when sheltering from the more extreme manifestations of her oddness or when she is snogging her boyfriend

I will pass the time reading up upon topiary. I am minded to clip my bush to resemble a small mamal. It is too unruly and the coming and going of last night have left it oddly shapen.

Yo Fliffy

Ape. You are tiny and your pants are most becoming but I miss the Gibbon

pagwatch · 27/05/2010 11:14

at 11 year old Hullyness...

Hullygully · 27/05/2010 11:19

Yes. I. must. work. I fear I have an addiciton to MN. I need help. I need MNAnon.

I must say Hullyness does not sit well in a small 11 yr old.

When you come back, Paggy, we want to hear all about Mama. We like the sound of her.

OP posts:
TinyApeInBigPants · 27/05/2010 17:20

I miss the name too Pag, funny isn't it how one can get quite attached to a name over the years...I may change it back soon.

I am a fickle so and so.

Hope you have a lovely time with your mother Pag, I did giggle at small mamal bush

I have been a good girl and have cleaner stating tomorrow so what am I doing?

Cleaning.

I must be mad.

pagwatch · 27/05/2010 17:23

Mother is mad as a box of frogs. So all going swimmingly thanks.

She has started to answer every question with
'um, well what do you think?'

As a consequence she has had quite a lot to drink and it is only tea time

Jamieandhismagictorch · 27/05/2010 17:32

Tiny - you aren't cleaning you are nesting , < slightly patronising >.

I missed my old name for quite a while (screamingabdab), but now I couldn't change it. Jamie is my alter-ego

helloooo paggy

Jamieandhismagictorch · 27/05/2010 17:33

Oh, and those weird dreams, they are also because you have a little baby growing in your tummy < inclines head an smiles indulgently >

pagwatch · 27/05/2010 17:34

hey Jamie

TinyApeInBigPants · 27/05/2010 18:01

Yes I must admit I am in nesting mode. Got a bee in my bonnet about the patios and turf needing changing a couple of months back and have been having it done this week. It was like I could think of nothing else, how sad is that.

I am also cleaning even more so than usual (think toothbrush cleaning) so yes I think I am in full nesting mode.

Thank the Lord that soon fades after the baby is born, I can't go on obsessing like this

Kisses and much love to all.

Pag I love that saying mad as a box of frogs, partake in a glass yourself my lovely (have one for me )

Jamie I love your name and couldn't imagine you as anything else.

pagwatch · 27/05/2010 18:06

Aw Tiny

I remember having to sand down the coffee table the day DD was born. The neighbour leant overthe fence gawped at me as big as a house weilding an electric sander. She shouted some very rude things at me including 'fecking loon'

DD arrived about three hours later

Jamieandhismagictorch · 27/05/2010 18:23

Laughing at these stories.

I developed this thing about tidy cupboards. All the tins and packets had to be facing forwards. Also got up on very tall ladder to change lightbulb on chandelier (ooooh - get er with er chandeliers!)

Hullygully · 27/05/2010 18:52

I only had a room to nest in, it wasn't much cop, frankly.

Gibbon, well done on cleaner - quick work! Tis but a short step to a gardener and then before you know it you'll have a tweeny. I have always wanted a tweeny and a housekeeper with a mop cap and huge bunch of keys.

Paggy, come on, why is Mama nuts?

OP posts:
Jamieandhismagictorch · 27/05/2010 20:33

A room?

pagwatch · 27/05/2010 21:54

Mama had 8 children so is allowed to be barking.

She drinks too but I see that as a virtue.
I will compile a list tomorrow. I have taken her out to supper and am therefore reet squiffy.

Hullygully · 27/05/2010 22:08

We like Mama. She sounds a good egg, if a touch prolific on the childbearing front.

OP posts:
PrincessFiorimonde · 27/05/2010 23:36

Hello Pag. Am also liking the sound of Mama (apart from the snogging of boyfriend, perhaps).

TinyGibbon - good news re: the cleaner. But 'toothbrush cleaning' might be a tad, errm, over-nesting?? Go gentle, girl.

Hully - and a scullery maid and liveried footman too, to complete the set?

Umami · 28/05/2010 06:39

Pag was in my dream again last night.

TinyApeInBigPants · 28/05/2010 10:15

I keep chuckling to myself thinking of Pag sanding down the coffee table

I look forward to being regaled with tales of Mama Pag.

Umami, you must post details of the dreams, I was open enough about discussing the merits of animal baskets with Dr Julius Strangepork

Yes Princess I make you right, I need to ease up on the manic cleaning

Hully one day I will don a mop cap and wield a huge bunch of keys and come to your home a la surprise surprise/Jim'll fix it stylee and you can put me to work in your scullery.

pagwatch · 28/05/2010 16:01

Umami, what am I doing in your dreams. I hope it is something sensible like shoe shopping or making cup cakes. Certainly nothing involving any kind of emmoilent
