Skips prettily about the vast empty potentiality of the empty Hall and awaits.

For Mimi and Lenin

Howze it going, Gibbon? Hoping the babe and DD1 are both still giggling together. Have a great summer, all of you!

Am wondering if I upset Jamie by my horrid little boy pic - really sorry if I did. Would not upset Jamie (or anyone else) for the world, but if I did, maybe time to bow out of this thread...

...with xxx to all.

Gibbon · 24/07/2010 22:55

You could not upset anyone Princess, don't you bugger off anywhere! [stern]

DD1 and DD2 doing wonderfully, DD1 is just the sweetest big sister and hearing her talk to DD2 melts me, so sweet

Do you know I am not sure I have ever tried absinthe too busy being a lush with the wine I think.

Gibbon · 28/07/2010 19:42

Where the buggering bollocks is everyone?

Umami · 28/07/2010 19:56

speak for yourself, luvvie! If only, if only...this running a food empire malarky is ruddy knackering....

CaptainDarcyCasuabonHenchard · 30/07/2010 09:18

Lady Gibbon! Dear Gel, you have such a winsome way with words. How delightful to hear good tidings of your little ones.

Umami. Ain't you the one they called the Widow?

And Mimi. Dear heart, how goes the food empire? And how is that Young Man of yours?

Are Madame Pag and Madame Hully yet returned from their sojourns abroad?

Gibbon · 30/07/2010 11:22

Widow and Mimi! and the darling Captain!

I trust you are all well and good thread fellows

I miss the great Hall

pagwatch · 30/07/2010 11:26

The Captain!

I spied him on another thread and had to seek him here.. No one else could have hastened my return from the land of the Barbadians.
How sweltering it was. How fatigued I am. Yet how tanned and rested.

My darlings. help me find an excuse to tell you all that I was in very posh hotel with limo ferrying me to and fro and young men providing me with cold towels and iced drinks on the beach.

is there a method by which I can impart this information without it just being crass boasting and gloating?

No?

Gibbon · 30/07/2010 11:38

So you bugger off and leave us bereft then return with such tales?

I'm not talking to you Mrs

pagwatch · 30/07/2010 11:43

Yes. I am intolerable

Big news though. Ds2 went jet skiing

I kept wavingthe guys away and then one of them started talking to DS2 and he just got up and nodded furiously. He got on with DH and whizzed up and down for half an hour.
We were amazed. What a dude!

I will have to find some photos when I eventually unpack.

CaptainDarcyCasuabonHenchard · 30/07/2010 12:11

Dearest Madame Pag, I read that as 'the land of the Barbarians' and was momentarily afraid for your sanity.

I know nothing of jet skiing - but all praise to that boy of yours.

What japes, eh?

Lady Gibbon - a stretch limo on order as we speak. Should you prefer it in pink or silver?

Gibbon · 30/07/2010 12:17

Wow! go Pagboy! I can imagine you sat expression and so proud

Nice to have you home Pag

Nice to have you to swoon over captain, limo in silver please, do you come with said limo

pagwatch · 30/07/2010 12:25

The barbarians would hold no fear for me. We saw off the Queen of huns and to be sure, no babrbarian culd be more fearsome.

are we all well. Has there been much afoot while I have been travelling ( and hurting my arse getting into a small boat I might add )

what news?

MadameDefarge · 30/07/2010 14:53

for some reason I read barbarians as barbarinas....i think that has comic/tragic/narrative potential...

Umami · 30/07/2010 16:58

Lawks! Heaven save us from the barbadian barbarian barbarinas!

Gibbon · 31/07/2010 08:54

disturbing yet strangely compelling

MadameDefarge · 31/07/2010 20:26

you like my new look?

Umami · 01/08/2010 11:03

I'm working this

pagwatch · 01/08/2010 12:23

I slipped this on this morningbut I would be lying if I said that the chaffing was not troublesome

Umami · 01/08/2010 16:07

Nice and breezy in this hot weather though Pag.

Gibbon · 01/08/2010 22:27

she's not really feeling it is she...

Gibbon · 01/08/2010 22:30

she, on the other hand, is pleased as punch

Gibbon · 01/08/2010 22:32

am loving this fancy dress site

Umami · 03/08/2010 21:57

Have been watching The Supersizers Go...Restoration and would just like to say, with respect to Giles Coren, WOOF and .

MadameDefarge · 04/08/2010 11:14
