Skips prettily about the vast empty potentiality of the empty Hall and awaits.

bye bye my lovelies

MadameDefarge · 11/06/2010 11:46

gosh, that sounds very final, gibbon, hope you and Nigel intend to return....

Umami's film would of course be Fatal Attraction....

Gibbon · 11/06/2010 13:23

How on earth could I leave you all Mimi!

How are things? Has super hot man been in?

pagwatch · 11/06/2010 15:08

Gibbon · 11/06/2010 15:29

Has he come in your 'place' this week

Hullygully · 11/06/2010 16:10

Has he come in your 'place'?????

Goord lord, Gibbon. Think of little Nigel.

Gibbon · 11/06/2010 16:41

It's ok, I covered his ears.

MadameDefarge · 11/06/2010 17:06

no, clearly immune to my charms after all...but at least my crush has subsided under the heavy burden of Running My Food Empire....

pagwatch · 11/06/2010 17:09

MadameTesco?

No wait

MadameMichelin?

No, people might think you are huge..

MadameFrangipan, whilst delicious, isn't an empire

MadameDefarge · 11/06/2010 17:19

Can I be MadameOcado?

pagwatch · 11/06/2010 17:20

yes, very good choice. Stylish , fabulous quality yet def an empire

MadameDefarge · 12/06/2010 18:49

...and also something possibly dark about it....maybe I am the head of an all female ninja gang....

pagwatch · 12/06/2010 21:38

It does have slightly espionage/international Madame of mystery type overtones

"ahhhh, I've been expecting you MadameOcadao.."

MadameDefarge · 13/06/2010 16:50

CRUSH UPDATE!!!!!!

I have been invited to see his, ah, garden...

swoon!

MadameDefarge · 13/06/2010 16:51

And pag, I could only ever be honoured to receive an out of character lesbian booty call from your luscious self....

Hullygully · 13/06/2010 20:42

Whooooooooo hoooooooooooooooooo!!!!

OP posts:
MadameDefarge · 13/06/2010 20:44

...but I still can't work out if he is just Mr Uber Friendly or Mr Harbouring Passionate Thoughts...!

He did say I could grow my herbs in his garden....

Hullygully · 13/06/2010 20:59

Hmmmmmmmm. This is very difficult. Don't you think that usually one has an instinct for these matters? What does your gut suggest (unromantic but occasionally reliable)?

I am a bit rubbish at all this as I tend towards the direct, "gerremorf" approach - but it has been a long time and perchance things have changed...

OP posts:
Hullygully · 13/06/2010 20:59

And Pag - you is tres funny. Laughed immoderately at

"ahhhh, I've been expecting you MadameOcadao.."

OP posts:
MadameDefarge · 13/06/2010 21:17

well, normally I think of myself as a man magnate, and nothing in my life has dissuaded me from this standpoint. However, however, for the first time I am beginning to realise I am not really 25 anymore, so I think have lost a bit of confidence (plus very rapid weight loss has good and bad points)....just not as pert and firm as in days of yore, and when faced with six foot three of gorgeous mid thirties chap stuff have sudden crisis of confidence....

MadameDefarge · 13/06/2010 21:18

I mean, magnet... FGS!

MadameDefarge · 13/06/2010 21:20

...and I can hardly tell him to gerromorf when running front of house in the cafe...

Hullygully · 13/06/2010 21:29

Ver ver difficult.

And your gut?

OP posts:
Hullygully · 13/06/2010 21:30

Or are you saying your gut is hedged about with confidence issues?

OP posts:
MadameDefarge · 13/06/2010 21:38

yes. prickly gut syndrome.

But then another part of my gut says that anyone that open and easy is just that...and its nowt to do with me...
