To not rush home to DH & DD ?

I've got a feeling a might be but stuck between a rock and hard place.

DH & DD3 are poorly, been throwing up this morning. DH has text me at work saying he's so poorly he can't cope and might need me to go home .....

I understand it's horrible being poorly yourself and having to care for Dc's, I have been there myself when I was a SAHM but I just had to get on with it. I am at work, I am behind schedule for what I should have achieved this week and if I go home, I'm likely to catch said lurgy and then be off work myself actually being ill.
What would you do ?

I'm hoping that's where it ends i should've typed.
I'm the worlds worst sick person, I cry like a baby. Sure I would've got it anyway, although was tempted to sleep on the sofa to keep away from DH

You did need to go, I got norovirus while at work, DH fell ill simultaneously at home and DS was already ill from the day before. I had to get work to call me a taxi it was so bad. As I puked up into a bag in the taxi on the way home I was thinking if DH feels as bad as I do the only thing I can think of to do with DS is call Social Services, with breaking, breaking, breaking heart. My parents would come without a doubt but it would take them 8 hours. I was so totally unable to cope with anything I couldn't even get to the bathroom in time, no way could I take care of a sick baby. As it turned DH was marginally less well than me and managed to get DS into bed. We were all asleep by half seven. We all spent the whole of the next day dozing on the sofa.
