Not codoning a slanging match against DP by the way.

I think whoever said "ignore her and she'll go away" probably had the right idea.

I haven't even seen the F/B group you're talking about, I don't know what they're saying....but you have to be careful how far you go with all this "ban everyone except me" attitude...it's not the way to go, and makes you look like an idiot ....there are millions of people in this country who support the BNP...and millions more who support UKIP (the watered down version of the BNP)...there is nothing you can do about that...and that's what pisses you off..

GoldenSnitch · 01/04/2010 22:18

Just because lots of people do it, doesn't make it OK Daftpunk.

Lots of people rob houses and commit rape too but we still lock them in prison.

GoldenSnitch · 01/04/2010 22:22

Gah! Now I'm ignoring my own advice and getting drawn in.

Off to bed.

Sorry but any political party whose members condone rape saying that forcing a woman to have sex is like force-feeding them chocolate is SICK!!!

Every election time I make sure my my friends are well informed of the vulgar information behind the shiny exterior.

I hate how people can't just get along, embrace our growing culture and be happy rather than getting pissed off over everything and being miserable...

The BNP want to make sure that single mothers CAN'T get benefits, so there would be no CHOICE whether to stay home and look after you children, you would have to go out and work.
Also they want to take rights away from mothers, so that it would be equal when going for custody of a child.
I actually, as a person who has fled domestic violence, fear they getting elected and my sons 'father' given rights to see him.

And whoever it was that laughed at my 'zero tolerance' of racism, laugh all you like but it works, if one of my friends were to have joined a group like this I would delete them. In fact, I have done that in the past (left a comment on wall saying that i was disappointed with their POV's) and then deleted them, then they spoke to me on MSN and told me they had only joined to give them a piece of their mind... I was very

You have just proved beyond any doubt that you really are a moron....you haven't got a clue....if you think everyone who votes BNP thinks like that, you need help.

DreamsInBinary · 01/04/2010 22:29

When did this become about the BNP?

i don't usually engage with dp on anything. i find ignoring a much better option. However, I find her 'debates' usually go as follows;

  1. dp makes a hideously nasty comment re homosexuality / immigration etc
  1. outpouring of nasty posts by dp
  1. sudden change of attack, becomes concilliatory and apologises saying 'i just need educating', 'help me understand' 'its not my fault i'm a total and utter bigot'
  1. reverts baack to incredibly offensive posting
  1. repeat and repeat and repeat

wouldn't normally give it the time of day but for fuck's sake its tired now.

Lololol At all the, "I don't usually engage with DP"

I decide who I talk to...and as I ignore 80% of people on here...you're lucky if you get a reply from me...

I'm outta here

Myfanjoisdefluffed · 01/04/2010 22:46

oh no, the bnp racist doesn't want me ss her friend.

I'll go halves with you on the counselling we'll need TSC.

eatsushi · 01/04/2010 22:48

Oh TSC I think you did the right thing, as racism of the sort on that FB page should not be tolerated. However I accept that mumsnet does not want to be a forum that out those in RL.

The fact that those on the Facebook page - who endorsed the awful message - on a public forum - well ofcourse that does not stop you contacting them or their employers.
In face by posting online in that manner you are inviting people to comment on your views, and act.

If the "press secretary" loses her job and income - so be it.

I would presume the Navy have a diversity policy that she would have to adhere to as a chef, if she does not adhere to that policy then she takes on that risk, which can involve her losing her job - after a full and proper investigation.
