ticked if kids distribute party invites at school?

in the class, in front of teacher and only to less then half the girls in class who subsequently open, hide in desks and say 'its a secret but nothing' to the rest of the losers watching?

ScaredOne - totally agree. Without wishing to be contentious, does anybody think this "inviting the whole class" approach is a Private school thing? Two of my friends whose kids are at private school seem to have this system so that basically, virtually every weekend at certain times of year, the kids are at a party with exactly the same kids and often at the same venue. At one of these schools, they even have a reciprocal present agreement - cash gets given so that my friends child ended up with a blooming trampolone from her classmates rather than a gift from each (far too insignificant)! Can you believe it - talk about taking the spirit out of things
