To tell this 'friend' off for being, well, just disgusting?

I suppose this is more of a 'what would you do'?

I find one of my facebook 'friends' depressing. Everything she says is a cliché or at the very least the kitsch-est expression she can find. Everything's a drama. Everyone's against her. She posts jokes as her status that I find annoying ("Woman answers phone and pervert on the other end sez "have u got a big fat sweaty hairy cnt". Woman sez ," yeah he's laid on the fckin sofa, do u want him!")

Today, she posted this as her status: "15 year old paki next door has asked me for a water fight so I thought I'd txt u while I boiled the kettle". Nice. Really nice.

So I have a choice between a)de-friending her quickly and quietly b)replying to her status expressing my disgust and then de-friending her or c)posting something derogatory on my status and then de-friending her.

Or am I being unreasonable?

I should say that I went to school with this woman. I do remember her (vaguely) but we've never been friends and I haven't seen her in 15 years. Not even sure when I accepted the friends request.

I have to admit I'd probably keep her as "friend" just so I could gasp in shock daily at her uncouthness and ignorance.
But that's probably just me... I like a bit of carcrash TV.

I would just delete her and while your at it go through your list of 'friends' & get rid of those you dont actually speak to or hardly know. Some people just collect friends on there to make them look good. Im only actually friends with actual friends, but still have requests from people I hardly know. I dont accept - I dont want them looking through my photos etc.

Oh god just delete her.

And I agree with ohnelly, go through all your 'friends' and delete those who are not actually friends.

What is the bloody point?
