to be disappointed that the lovely snow is to be replaced by sodding rain?

Every year I complain that I could cope with winter if it wasn't so fecking "wet". I hate endless days of drizzle or lashing rain.

The snow, however inconvenient it may be wrt school closures, slow driving conditions etc improves my mood dramatically. It feels like a "proper winter". Despite the cold temps, you don't get sopping wet. It makes everywhere look more attractive (except when turns to that grey dirty slushy mush mess )

AIBU to be hugely disappointed that my local weather report predicts rain and drizzle for the next 24 hours??
