To think that justin fletcher is the best childrens presenter (cue jeremy clarkson voice) IN THE WORLD!!

He is isn't he - he clearly loves children - probably because he is still a big kid himsellf. But its heartening to see a childrens present who actually LIKES children, instead of using it as a stepping stone to the one show - cerrie for instance and alex (puke).

Maybe he just felt guilty for leaving those two pre-school kids out in the cold so he went out to try to make up for it

I love him and I hope he is as nice in real life as he is on the telly (I think he would be though). My DD (12 months old) has a crush on him I think!

Justin is SPECTACULAR! My kids love him, even my now 'too cool for CBeebies' 7 year old. He's fantastic. Cerrie and Alex have not gone down too well in this house either, there's nothing natural about them.

Sid and Andy are where it's at here, they're my friends in my head. (sigh)

Hexagon1 ok Justin left a couple of kids waiting outside the theatre, but - have you tried doing run after run of shows and having people constantly waiting around for you afterwards and expecting you to be all bright and jolly? I have been there and it's a killer and sometimes you just want to go home to bed and can't face anyone! Was he ill? Did he have a prior appointment he needed to get to? Maybe he would just rather have the kids not see him than only see him for a couple of minutes and not at his best?!

I hate it when people bad mouth us actors for not meeting fans after shows without knowing the circumstances behind our decisions. I haven't had the pleasure of working with or meeting Justin myself (though would love to as think he is amazing in many senses of the word) but friends of mine who have worked with him confirm that he always tries his best to see his fans whenever he can.

I know it a zombie thread, but I just get so annoyed with people slating actors for 'not seeing the fans'.

We work so hard and yes, it can be great to see fans but sometimes we just need to get home. When you go to a restaurant you don't wait around to see the chef after to say how you enjoyed the meal so why wait for actors? Ok so we all so it, but it shouldn't be required of those actors to turn up unless it's been pre-arranged!
