To be totally amazed at this disgusting t shirt by Suzi Warren

I stumbled upon this website selling baby/toddler t shirts designed by Suzi Warren, and was shocked at the t shirt with 'i do fuck all'. I think that it is totally inappropriate and disgusting and would never buy it in a million years, what right minded parent would. Mabey it would appeal to the Vicky Pollard types. She justifies this by saying that quoting from Take a Break this week that "this is not a t shirt for children. This is a t shirt for adults which is funny when worn by a baby" WTF what planet is this woman from, i neither find it funny or cute

I dislike the nipple tassle one more!

I do love the "nobody puts baby in a corner" vest

Tis only a tshirt...which i dont mind tbh!

Thanks everyone, yes good for dh or stroppy teens but for a baby/toddler Just because i find items of swearing on baby clothes offensive does not mean i lack a sense of humour . i love some of Suzi warrens t shirts they are fun and witty but that one IMO if you took a baby/toddler out wearing that, people will judge you and make assumptions about they type of parent you are, even though you probably are a fantastic one. It does you no favours at all! Just reflects badly on you

Quite agree with you itsmeolord. Are people so desperately insecure in themselves and trying to "prove" something to others that they have to plaster their children in this tat ?

pigletmania · 29/11/2009 11:11

You can be whitty and have a sense of humour without swearing. Just shows a lack of imagination

Quite, PM.

MilkNoSugarPlease · 29/11/2009 11:14

why the hell would you judge someone on their parenting technique based on a t-shirt?

MitchyInge · 29/11/2009 11:14

we all judge and make assumptions about one another anyway, especially in AIBU

I don't think you lack a sense of humour to not be amused by that t-shirt, although I can't defend myself against accusations of being juvenile

pigletmania · 29/11/2009 11:16

I love the half pint one, and the no photograpy its great, but yes the nipple tassels one is a bit and i have seen a footballer in a kick position with a rabbit in the air thats not on either. Good so i am not some anti fun, miserable old bag

The joke only really works with the swear word in it.

pigletmania · 29/11/2009 11:18

Well Milknosugar people do and will, it has swearing on and if its on a little baby/toddler. not everyone thinks in the same way and will not find it humourous of witty

I know people will but i dont understand why

Quite frankly if i saw a baby/toddler wearing that tshirt...my first thought wouldnt be on the parenting technique, would be "wheres that tshirt from" and yes i probably would ask them to.

If people base there thoughts of parents on what their child is wearing...then god knows what people thought of my mum or what people think of some of the things my mindees wear!

I like it...cant lie...i do!

pigletmania · 29/11/2009 11:37

Well they just do, if i saw a toddler wearing it i would not say that they are a bad parent no, question that aspect of their parenting choice.
