He recently left the Army and as many ex soldiers are wont to do, grew a beard.

A nice neat goatee, I loved it.

He has just come down stairs after having a shower and he has shaved the beard off!

LEAVING A 70'S PORN STAR TACHE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And he is refusing to shave it off!!!!!!!!!!

Thinks it is bloody hilarious, I have warned him, if not off time we go on holiday next month I will leave him behind.

when he asleep get a veet strip and leave it on for him to pull off he might think twice about growing another one

My OH is also ex Sigs but never grew a tash. tried to go for the long sideburns when he came out though!
Tell him he looks like hes in the RAF that should do it!

Keep a bag of false taches by the door and insist anyone entering the house has to wear one (incl. yourself, DC etc.), as you are trying to make sure DH doesn't feel like an outsider.

Wasn't your DH in teh bike display team? So he's basically a biker with a tache?
