As a newbie to mn and after reading through some old posts, i am quite shocked to read some m's chatting openly about there drug use...around children!! Only my opinion, but i think it is very WRONG! I know this is only a select few, but i just can't believe how 'open' they speak about smoking pot and popping pills!! I am happily married with 3 children and just think it plain wrong to let your kids see that sort of stuff. Only my opinion

Surely people are invited to speak about what ever they wish?

I've been here for over three years now and am online A LOT, and don't think I've ever seen a thread asking how long it takes for drugs to leave BM. If anyone (piscesmoon, devilsadvocaat) would care to link cos blardy search isn't working for me (IE7 luddite)

but in response to the OP.......there's no reason why your kids need to see it if you wait till they are in bed

cross post piscesmoon, but having a quick scan of that thread, I don't think anyone is saying it's OK in front of the children; one or two said when the kids are in bed or away overnight, but most said it wasn't acceptable.

Actually having looked back most people are saying that you can't breast feed and take drugs. I just remember having an argument at some point with people who thought it was no worse than alcohol.

Are you all having a party? Any Poppers? Are the children in bed? Are they missing the fun?

Not around children, no. Can't condone that. But I know loads of mums and dads who get hammered/stoned/snort a few line sat the weekend, away from their kids. I could say 'Bad! Bad! You are all bad!'...but it would be a lie, because they are mostly nice, decent people. So there you go.
