...to wonder how Brad & Angelina can wander through Tokyo airport with 6 under 10 all co-ordinating in neutral tones without a speck of vomit, wee or tantrum in sight?

Just saw the pic whilst getting my haircut, then spent the whole hour pondering.

The entire family were in black/charcoal and looked as if they'd just come off a catwalk(even the Baby Born carriers were vomit free and co-ordinating).

All 6 babies/kids were looking serene, actually m&d were too, nobody was haring after lost kids or looking for a loo, nobody was screeching.

How can this be? Before you say money and nannies,no nannies were in the pic and all the money in the world wouldn't ensure dp and I looked that serene, clean and co-ordinated after a mere 4 hour car trip to the ferry with our 3.

They'd just got off a long haul flight, how can this be,how???????????

you mean they don't have the bill amberg sheepskin sling?

madhairday · 09/02/2009 13:45

How scary are those comments on that Pittwatch site tho? 'I'm so happy to see these pics, I have missed those kids sooo much!'
wtf?

Divineintervention · 09/02/2009 13:56

This thread has had me lol'ing lots!!

nailpolish · 09/02/2009 15:10

also, they are not having to stress about where they left the car, whether they need to get petrol, whether they need to stop for milk/bread/kebabs, they piles of washing that will need done on return from holiday, getting the school uniforms ready for tomorrow, etc etc etc

do you think they even knoow WHERE to buy milk?

poshtottie · 09/02/2009 16:08

Apparently its all staged due to the oscars/baftas coming up. I'm sure they could have had a much more discreet exit from the airport if they wanted.

sazzerbear · 09/02/2009 17:13

Imagine travelling first class on a child-free jaunt only to be confronted with Brangelina and their 6 screeching ankle-biters! I'd be p*ssed off big time!

SoupDragon · 09/02/2009 17:47

We few Premium Economy to Antigua last summer. We had the first row of seats after first class. Bet no one slept very much in their farking sleeper seats

elmoandella · 09/02/2009 17:51

private plane

they probably have beds/cots for lo's so everyone gets a good sleep.

as for nannies. perhaps there's only 2 part time./ but i bet the PA and stylist and other emplyers have done their fair share of nappy changing and burping babies to avoid the sick.

the probably have a closet with a whole wardrobe full of clothes (we always take a change of clothes in hand luggage but manage to get both sets covered by time we get there) to ensure everyones clean when landing.

and i've seen pics of them coming off plane with masses of toys too. and i read in an article the kids pack a hand luggage each full of toys and things to keep them amused.they choose and pack it themselves.

TooMuchMakkaPakka · 09/02/2009 22:00

I don't really care how many nannies they have and how beautiful they all look. All i know is, Angelina and I keep having babies at (more or less) the same time and my newborns are always so much more beautiful hers. I haven't adopted any from far of lands though.

mlm19 · 09/02/2009 22:07

My sister has looked after them on board. Lots of help for them from 'staff' and they gets lots of room on board!

merryberry · 09/02/2009 22:24

have they done enough air miles for the full set of kids yet?

wickedwitchofwestfield · 10/02/2009 00:44

Balloonslayer - your comment made me laugh so hard a little bit of wee came out.

true story

FuriousGeorge · 10/02/2009 13:34

Wasn't there an article not long ago,by a someone who had the misfortune to be on a flight with the Brangelina brood.Apparently, the older ones were incredibly badly behaved and when Angelina offered them coke to drink,as a bribe to calm down, the writer was thinking'Noooo! Don't give them coke,it'll make them worse'.

mamas12 · 10/02/2009 13:43

Staff dahling, staff!

wickedwitchofwestfield · 10/02/2009 19:49

anyone that thinks giving a child a coke to calm them down clearly hasn't looked after one for long enough if you ask me!
whats the betting that those '2 part time nannies' are part time in that they each work 7 days on, 7 days off - or maybe part time means 'has a half day on Sunday' lol.

smallorange · 10/02/2009 19:54

"but how do you know they have nannies?"

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

You've made my evening Idrankthechristmasspirits!

BalloonSlayer · 11/02/2009 13:52

arf at that.

But to be fair they may well have had jet lag and it was daytime by their body clocks.

Sounds like a rubbish nanny though...

StripeyKnickersSpottySocks · 11/02/2009 13:59

In the 2nd photo for a minute I thought Brad was wearing a skirt and tights. I need mroe sleep.

thinkingabout3 · 11/02/2009 20:20

I don't think that they looked all co-ordinated and perfect at all. To me they looked like a normal family getting off the plane. I was particularly pleased to see that Shiloh looked as scruffy and tomboyish as my child of the same age.

noonki · 11/02/2009 20:29

They are a very lovely looking family

(ah brad, tis never to be, having been a stepmum to one I'm afraid 6 would have me running, even though it is you Mr pitt)

Noonki Pitt

piximon · 11/02/2009 20:47

I manage most of the time by myself with 5 young dcs. I think long haul first class travel would be a doddle compared to what I face on the buses each day for the school run.
It's not so hard to look after lots of children either alone or with your partner, it's actually fun, if you keep your perspective and your cool. I often find my 5 are better behaved than some singletons, but this is probably because I'm an ogre rather than a goddess like Angelina. I think they make a lovely family and hope they can last all the pressures thrown at them.

Oh and have to add I was disappointed with the baby carriers, I think black patapums would have looked much cooler.

Am I only person in world not to heart brad pitt?

noonki · 11/02/2009 21:18

yes.

PottyCock · 11/02/2009 21:28

They are a lovely looking family. Not sure about the matching threads though, they aren't accessories!

TheDrunkard2009 · 11/02/2009 21:46

These children are amazing. Do they not ever

have tantrums, snot dangling from their

noses.

How does Angelina do it?
