I mean REALLY!!!

What kid SAYS that?!!

What parent lets their kid go to a mate's house JUST to go to the toilet FFS!

What a ridiculous advert

CareerConfusion · 03/02/2009 20:47

I hate it.

FairLadyRantALot · 03/02/2009 20:49

I must be kinda immune to this stuff....nursing background might explain it, lol....

I've just said that is a stupid advert to dd2 and she agreed.

francagoestohollywood · 03/02/2009 20:59

It's silly, but not that disturbing, really

beansontoast · 03/02/2009 21:00

balsamicbreasts...lol...rofl

i hate that ad..because we all poo and it smells, you flush, it goes away and everyone is fine.

TheSmallClanger · 03/02/2009 21:36

I don't like ads that refer to poo or poo smells. If that makes me prudish, then fair enough.

FairLadyRantALot · 03/02/2009 21:37

lol...heh...everyone is different

Guadalupe · 03/02/2009 21:40

Fucking stupid advert. Does he really need to announce needing a poo at that age?

francagoestohollywood · 03/02/2009 21:41

gosh yes Guadalupe. Ds announce it with pride

MitchyInge · 03/02/2009 21:41

I think it's hilarious, and he's definitely old enough to announce he needs a poo - or are you suggesting we should all have grown out of it by a certain age?

smartiejake · 03/02/2009 21:41

Vile advert.

Can't imagine the boy actor or his mum bragging about this one!

lollipopz · 03/02/2009 21:52

Sorry but this thread made me PMSL! Agree it is a terrible advert.

TheSmallClanger · 03/02/2009 21:53

It will be hilarious in 10 years time when he is a member of a boy band or a character in a hospital drama.

Guadalupe · 03/02/2009 21:54

Franca - I am meam. When they get to about three I say just do it, there's no need to tell me about it!

Guadalupe · 03/02/2009 21:57

mean even

francagoestohollywood · 03/02/2009 21:59

Oh don't get me wrong, I keep telling him that I don't really want to know too. But he can't help himself, it's still a major even in his day to day life

francagoestohollywood · 03/02/2009 22:00

event

Guadalupe · 03/02/2009 22:03

lol, maybe ds1 was like that but he's 11 now and I've forgotten. Ds2 just starting to use the potty so I have to hear about poo for some time yet. [grin

francagoestohollywood · 03/02/2009 22:07

Has your 11 ds stopped talking about poo ( he sounds positively sophisticated for an 11 yr old as far as I know)? Is there hope then???

Guadalupe · 03/02/2009 22:10

Yep, he doesn't really have any toilet humour anymore. I am probably bening lulled into a false sense of security and it will come back with a vengance as he hits the teens. Perish the thought.

LuckySalem · 03/02/2009 22:12

NOt read it (sorry) but I HATE this advert!

juneybean · 03/02/2009 22:16

I regularly shout at the television telling him to fuck off and poo in Paul's bathroom. How does Paul's mother feel about this??!?!

I'd not be happy with my sons mate coming round for a shit.

francagoestohollywood · 03/02/2009 22:19

The teens! Yes, I'd brace myself for toilet humour coming back with a vengeance!
