To have 2 Dcs be fairly slim with largish norks which happen to be natural and to be slightly miffed at the number of grown women often with their partners commenting on my 'fake tits' or 'boob job' and looking down their noses at me?

It's just happened again at the supermarket and I'd say it does about 50% of the time, particularly when dcs are with me which is just great obviously.

I've got nothing against boob joobs but why do people have to assume they are fake & sneer?

As far as my shape goes, I've probably got a good two stone on Posh (just under 9st) but my waist is quite small in comparison to said boobs, but then I've got widish hips too so I look in proportion I think.

Should I get t-shirts printed saying '100% real' or wip my bra off in front of said women and let gravity prove the point for me?

I probably am b u because I shouldn't care what comments complete strangers make, just needed to vent really!

daftpunk · 13/01/2009 23:17

complete strangers come up to you in the supermarket?..... how odd

VinegarTits · 13/01/2009 23:22

I get this all the time, people whisper when they see me and comment on what greats tits i have, they must be fake they are to pert and large to be real, what a fine arse i have, how lovely and long my legs are etc..

Its such a pita being gorgeous, it is, i wish they would stop commenting, fuckers.

InSearchOfLostKeys · 13/01/2009 23:23

Not coming up to me no, just commenting loud enough for me to hear

Tesco. Damn I lose.

To come back to your main point,
maybe dressing down would help.
Big jumpers etc

cheesesarnie · 13/01/2009 23:30

i wish someone would assume i had fake tits.

they wont ever.but hey ho.

tell them to piddle off.

lipstickjungle · 13/01/2009 23:34

i bet with ur push up bra off they look like the inside of a clitoris.

cheesesarnie · 13/01/2009 23:37

thinks its time i retired for the eving

VinegarTits · 13/01/2009 23:38

Have you found your keys though? thats what i have been wondering

Maybe they fell down your cleavage

salvadory · 13/01/2009 23:38

ooooh why should she dress down? Are you really saying that to prevent any unwanted or inappropriate comments coming her way then it's a woman's responsibility to cover up? I really don't like that way of thinking . People are allowed to think whatever they like about OP's figure they do not have the right to be rude about her [and assume her large breasts cover her ears (maybe when lying in bed?! )] within earshot, it's just bad manners. I do think as problems go it's a good un tho. Lots of green faces on here tonight.

InSearchOfLostKeys · 13/01/2009 23:47

Don't blame you CS! Right I've come back to this with a large glass of vino.

I'm taken aback by some of the vitriolic responses tbh. LJ I don't wear push-ups I wear the opposite: minimisers. You must be very bendy to know what the inside of a clit looks like, are you sure you're not showing off?

On this thread Mabs said she has experienced similar 'fake tit' comments and also pamelat has witnessed her friend's treatment, so why do people find this so very hard to believe?

pmsl VT and salva.

Steady on now! We are NOT discussing Afghanistan.

As far as I understood the OP, this is about women judging other women.

Personally, I don't like that kind of thinking either
but in a free country people do have the right to make
whatever comment they like to their husbands.

And if the OP is truly upset about the comment
one option would be to dress more conservatively when going grocery shopping.

Or try Waitrose.

VinegarTits · 13/01/2009 23:54

How do you know she doesnt dress conservativley daddyj?

Your just assuimng she dress like, erm what? because people comment

DaddyJ · 14/01/2009 00:04

Not because people comment
but because she is offended by people's comments

VinegarTits · 14/01/2009 00:09

But daddyj, what do you assume she dresses like now?

She may already dress conservatively for all you know

salvadory · 14/01/2009 00:14

argh!! I know he's baiting but really, a less judgemental person shops in waitrose? More money = less judgment? Asda women's eyes on stalks wishing that George's chicken fillets looked as good whilst Waitrose woman only thinks of advancing science or too busy buying free range quails eggs to be mesmerised by luscious OP? Too late stereotypetastic he got me I'm on the hook

DaddyJ · 14/01/2009 00:15

I think it is a fair assumption because if she did dress conservatively
those women would surely not have anything to comment about.

And then she could do her grocery shopping without having to overhear
people discussing her body.

DaddyJ · 14/01/2009 00:16

Gotcha salvadory

InSearchOfLostKeys · 14/01/2009 00:17

FYI, When this happened today I was wearing skinny jeans, boots, roll neck jumper and a trenchcoat! Fitted at waist but not particularly at the bust. Make of that what you will...

OP posts:
DaddyJ · 14/01/2009 00:18

Was the trenchcoat open or zipped up?

VinegarTits · 14/01/2009 00:20

Well if she has great 'fake looking' tits i think women will comment no matter what she wears

But only a man would not look at a woman dressed conservatively as their eyes go on auto pilot when a woman dresses scantily, they have no control over that
