to change my mumsnet name ?

After all the recent trouble with trolls and regulars like cod being driven away by someone she knew in rl I suddenly find I feel like i need to be annoymous on mn.

I used to have pic's of me and dc all over my profile but now i'm worried in case someone i know in rl recognises me and takes offence to something i posted.

Am i just being paranoid?

I do kind of like rollercoaster because if you talk about Holles St or the Jervis centre, people know what you're talking about. What I do find amusing though is that you're not supposed to name individuals or businesses but then someone comes on and talks about Dr M.....l F...y in Holles St and everyone knows who they're talking about anyway!

I once posted something on the RC special needs board about my son's salt and saynt kathurinz if you will excuse the deliberately bad spelling. It was a postive comment, but because the school is an extremely overstretched charity, the SALT rang me to ask me not to discuss them on public board and could I delete the comment immediately. I felt an inch high.

I thought how did they even know?! does the speech therapist google herself every morning??

It IS too small, and yet when you're looking for a car parking space in the dundrum shopping centre on a sunday afternoon you would not think so. Only four million people and every one of them in my way

There are no pictures of my dc on the net anywhere, I dont talk about them on facebook, only here because of the anon thing, infavt lots of people dont know I have kids or just assume that. But yes sometimes I think someone will know.

what happened to cod etc I have missed that?
