High level insurance company- not a little pissant one like this- Christmas dinner. Awards given to female employees inculded best rack and most improved body. Clients regularly sent links to hard core porn to female staff. Company line- get a sense of humour/ if you can't cope playing with the boys go and knit something. Year 2003.
