I'm bloody sick of makeover shows. It all looks far too much like hard work to me. I find myself looking at the before ladies, thinking "Mmm, thats a nice comfy looking jumper/warm fleece" and then they get all gussied up and it just looks hard.

Wouldn't it be a step forward to

-not wax/or shave anything
-except have all my hair shaved and buy a wig instead
-have wash and wear work clothes that I will wear till they fall to bits, when I will replace them with same.
-never wear make up
-never wear contacts
-have all my teeth pulled and replace them with falsers

I put this to my DH from time to time and he just says"I have no opinion, because I know it will be wrong". You have an opinion don't you? Tell me!

My hair is shoulder length, straight. I do have it coloured, but only twice a year ( at £78 a go thats the limit for me). But as it is i can wash and go, quite literally, no fussy style to sit trying to make perfect, au natural.

I wear trousers, i try not to shave legs unless they become itchy.

I wear contacts, but find them easier than glasses, which get dirty, get sat on, get lost and make your nose sweaty.

I wouldnt have my teeth pulled, doesnt it make the shape of your mouth age?

And i do tend to wear all my clothes until they are worthy of the bin!

Go on, hit me with it - how did you think I might look?? Btw, that first pic is my MIL, not me!!

WideWebWitch · 31/08/2008 12:13

Suedonim, you're gorgeous and you look much younger than I thought you would and I've always thought of you as blonde.

WideWebWitch · 31/08/2008 12:15

this is how I'd imagined you!

suedonim · 31/08/2008 12:20

zippitippitoes · 31/08/2008 12:23

zippitippitoes · 31/08/2008 12:25

here

suedonim · 31/08/2008 12:31

Am 5ft 6in so pretty average I think. My sis is 5ft 10 and bros are both 6ft 5in so I should have had the potential to be taller!

My hair colour is the one thing that doesn't need a helping hand; thus far I've very little grey. And even if/when I do go grey I shall not be dying it orange as my mum did with hers. Thank goodness I persuaded her to stop eventually.
