I have surgery today and was hoping he would reach out? Absolutely nothing :( he left me 8 weeks ago but thought he might ‘care’

i also have additional needs

why couldn’t he care? Why couldn’t he just reach out :(

go to your GP and ask for any counselling or therapy that may be available for you. You need real life support not mumsnet.

You need professional help OP. Many posters have advised this. Have you seen anyone?

What would you have got out of him reaching out? He's ended things and you have taken it badly, why would he contact you and risk making it worse?
