They are utter cowards and hypocritical. The same ilk will state they're against the burkha and protests by environmental groups etc. but are happy to mask their faces in 'protest' the reality is they're just nasty specimens of humanity, full of people with self righteous white supremacy tendencies. AIBU.

But again, we live in a country governed by the rule of law. Yes, you have the right to protest. For example, heckling a politician at a party conference is well within your rights of free speech. But if you are planning a march or mass gathering, you need to notify the police so they are able to properly allocate resources for your and the public’s safety and you cannot block national infrastructure. Whether you are left or right wing - that’s the law of this land, and there have been, for example, climate activists sent to jail for breaking it.

Even Reform have condemned these men at Dover, so I’m surprised to see anyone defending their behaviour.

No, they're not - they're intimidating. To say they're all about "protecting women and children" I find people like them a lot more threatening than migrants who are in the main just normal people going about minding their own business.

So start with the teenagers masked up and driving e-bikes, motorbikes etc, at speed through high streets up and down the land scaring OAP"s, they are a much bigger problem than a bunch of people making a peaceful protest about undocumented unidentified migrants breaking the law by arriving illegally by boat.

Latest figures show a sharp drop in immigration over the last year and a sharp drop in small boat crossings. So the govt is addressing immigration. I agree these masked men very intimidating and give off black shirt / Moseley vibes - horrible.

I wouldn't worry OP. The authorities will be down on this like a ton of bricks. The activists involved will get hefty prison sentences and every resource will be deployed to stop the protests and pre-empt them. Meanwhile, the flotsam and jetsam of the earth will continue to pour over our borders because there is not one iota of will in Andy Burnham's govt or within the EU to stop it.
