AIBU to feel guilty my child watched TV all afternoon?

So I feel a tad guilty today. Kids were going to their dads (not much money). We have been out quite a bit at play centres and things. I have played a bit of football with my 7 year old and things but my 9 year old pretty much watched tv until her dad came at 16:00. Feel like the worst mum ever but she didn’t want to do anything.

Were the same we can’t afford to be out spending money every day
my kids love a telly afternoon. No harm done at all.

Nothing wrong with a sofa day!! Try making it a pj day for you as well and join them on the sofa for films!

Sometimes after a busy week or when it's to hot to do much else even little one's just want to zone out, watch a bit of TV and not have much thinking to do.
