My best friend of over 40 year’s sister has cancer. I found this out after meeting someone on the street who told me. My friend has not told me and has had opportunity to recently. AIBU to feel upset by this?

This really isn't about you. Your friend would have shared when she was ready to. You're upset, she's devastated.
