I’m pretty envious, what a lovely life 😩

It's clearly not 'pretty obvious.' I didn't know who the OP was on about, and neither did a few other posters!

Why assume if you have heard of something/someone, that everyone else has heard of it?!

And I STILL do not know who Chilli Heeler is!

She’s ace, but dad is even better X

Isn’t it fairly obvious! Chilli Heeler.

Only if you have kids aged under maybe 6? Mines at Uni
so kids TV isn’t a thing here any more.

I thought this thread was going to be about Mexican food.

No idea what you're talking about so it's not really obvious.

THIS! ^ MANY people are not going to have a clue what the OP is on about. She never even mentioned it in her original post! She just assumed everyone knew! Confused And then was shocked and affronted when half the posters said 'who?' and 'we are not in your head, how can we possibly know who you're on about?!'

Its only obvious if you watch Bluey, which millions of people don't.

I don’t as my kids are much older. I thought OP was saying she wishes she was chill. V different.

That’s the Chilli I thought of first too lol

Same here - first thought, TLC!

Chill…Chilli Heeler.

I (and many others) STILL have no clue who you are on about!

I don't know who 'Chilli Heeler' is. It could be your Bank Manager or your child's teacher for all I know! That name means nothing to me!

It's probably not the thread for you then, is it?

Plenty of us knew without asking - we are the target audience for this thread. Pretty obvious.

I don’t think saying simply “chilli heeler” is very helpful!!

those without children- how would they know?? I’m sure you're just doing this to wind us up.
tbf I know who chilli is and i agree! I would be fine with being married to bandit too! What a great dad!

I have children but no idea who chilli heeler is!
as ive now been told its the dad in Bluey, I watched one episode with my nieces and thought he was a right twat. No backbone, rather too fond of the gentle parenting method for my liking. Basically walked all over by his bratty kids. I would have no respect for him if he were my husband.

Delphiniumandlupins · 27/07/2026 19:10

I think there's a lot in Bluey for adults so those without small children are missing out. I do love Chilli too.

DreamingOfGeneHunt · 27/07/2026 19:10

I find her smug and condescending but then I can't stand Bluey in the first place. Lucky's Dad is the only good bit.

CordwainerBird · 27/07/2026 18:35

To save the rest of the inevitable “who?!?l” posts, OP has failed to mention that Chili is a cartoon dog

Thank you.

No its not at all obvious.

I thought you meant John Travolta as Chili Palmer in Get Shorty

impatientfury · 27/07/2026 19:12

Oh god honestly, piss off if its not for you, stop looking for bun fights.

Bluey is the best. Muffin is my spirit pup.

He’s the best dad

Exactly, and if you had titled your thread properly, we wouldn't be here asking who the fuck is Chilli?

You don't have to respond to a thread. If you don't understand the title or the content, has it occurred to you that perhaps it's just not the thread for you?

It's very clearly a lighthearted thread about a cartoon character. Chill out.

Yes definitely…when Dd started school
and I was a bit emotional one day, I sat with a big bar of chocolate & watched my favourite episodes and cried…ffs 😅

Ive past that stage many moons ago 😂
