Why is it not more well known that Thomas Partey, playing for Ghana against England tonight has been charged with 4 counts of rape, 1 count of sexual assault, other reports say 7 counts of rape.

He was banned from entering Canada.

Why is this man allowed to not only be in the World Cup up but allowed to enter other countries?
