OP, you have a lovely figure, you just need to sort out your posture, I don't think it is a 'hump' growing.

Can I ask how you got rid of your widows hump @PrizedPickledPopcorn ?

Massage and weight loss. It was like a pad of cold flesh. I’ve put weight back on, but the pad hasn’t formed yet. I think it’s a combination of stress and inflammation. The muscles needed releasing, and the fluid massaged away.

Bad posture, beautiful dress. Wish my wedding dress had fit as well.

See your GP and a physio. I have scoliosis I found out after a scan much to my surprise. Explained the back ache.

Get a diagnosis and deal with the issue.

It depends. It could be scoliosis, it could be poor posture. I had a widows’ hump which I managed to get rid of.
If you lie on the floor, is it comfortable? Can your back flatten normally?

How did you get rid of your hump 🙏🏻

Ignore, I RTFT

I had that! I sorted it by changing the way I sleep, and exercising that part of my body.

Does it hurt? Mine started to burn and I ended up with a stiff neck and shoulders

My husband’s back use to look like that. He fixed it with weight training and improving his posture. You can get a belt for your shoulders to improve posture
