To ask to see your downstairs toilet wallpaper?

I’m really struggling with my downstairs toilet as there is nothing out there I like!
Our flooring is attached and I love the panelling below in the green paint colour I’ve chosen but cannot find a wallpaper I love!

Ive added the one I’ve chosen but it’s just a bit boring, I want something louder but not too loud.

The green needs to be a brighter then it will give you the pop you seek but still give you the refined look.

THat is incredible - got to love a print room - might steal it for ours although I was toying with chinoiserie. Where did you get the prints from?

Thank you LibertyLily, Yes the printing and cutting out is interminable. I bought the sheets of swags and tails and borders and had to copy extras at work as you always need more than you think. I’d love to see your swagged stairway.
CherryViper I bought a book full of illustrations by the same artist, but I can’t remember the name. There is a whole series suitable for cutting up for this sort of activity.
This is my second print room, I did one in our previous house but the pictures were by different artists so it lacked the consistency of this one.

We have white panelling below and this paper above.

We have a very small toilet, i decided on go bold!

We wouldn't have chosen this but was here when we moved in and we actually really like it.

Thank you - any idea what to google as all I get is carboard cut out celebs which isn't quite the vibe I was looking for....

Try searching for sources of cutouts and images for scraps, the sort you see used win Victorian screens.

This is ours, might be too intense for some, but we love it.

Oh God, ours has white paint with stains, a horrible 'local authority' black toilet seat and a resident silverfish that comes out of the skirting!

Its on the list for redecorating but has never made it to the top.

Just sharing so you can be glad yours isn't as crap!!

Had this in our downstairs bathroom for 7 years : Boråstapeter Chestnut Blossom Wallpaper. The ceiling is colour matched to the background of the wallpaper. Still love it.

For those asking about the paper being waterproof, that isn't necessary for most downstairs loos but you can make your paper splashproof using decorator's varnish which gives a matt finish. It's wonderful stuff.

I have Cole and Sons flamingos. Been up 12 years now and still love it. Used a matt varnish over the top (polyvine decorators matt varnish)

I'm loving all these wallpapers. My downstairs loo has white walls, white tiles and a slate floor. Yawn. That may be changing soon thanks to this thread!

Throughly recommend polyvine decorators varnish I used the flat Matt version on my bathroom wallpaper been up three years with no issues.

Splashed out on Sanderson woodland birds as it is such a small room. Expensive but I get loads of compliments - bringing the outside in. I love it. John Lewis.Sanderson Wild birds

Got our paper from Amazon. Surprisingly good quality and was easy to hang myself.

That wasn't my intention. I live in the South East of the country where almost no one has two loos lol
