The price is right, the designer is great, about to pay deposit! Anyone used them who has advice or experiences much appreciated, good or bad? Thank you!

Had a wrenkitchen in last house, all good for about two years when one of the cupboard doors literally fell apart when our granddaughter opened it, hitting her hard enough to need a/e visit. It didn’t come off the hinge, it was a shaker style door and actually came apart, wren denied all responsibility, said she must have been swinging on it, she wasn’t , oncloser inspection-we found two other doors and a draw front that were coming apart. Personally would never buy from them again

We have just had one put in and absolutely no complaints. We used our own fitter (our builder) as we had heard bad stories about wren fitters. Any bits that arrived damaged were replaced really really quickly using the app. We also ended up with a few extra panels/extra plinth etc at the end of the fitting, which my husband took photos of and sent in to them, so they have refunded us ÂŁ800 for those.

If anything goes wrong with the appliances sourced through them they don't want to know, they will give you a refund and send you away to purchase the appliance elsewhere. They are great until something goes wrong. Also not happy with the joins in the worktops

The appliances are under warranty, the supplier is never liable regardless of where they’re purchased.

We haven't yet got to the bottom of whether it was fitting, the appliance not working (it has never worked) or whether it is even the right appliance for that kitchen. It's a much longer story than I have stated in my post but the fact is Wren didn't want to know or investigate

Editing with the following

When purchasing a new kitchen, the supplier (retailer) is legally responsible for the appliances, not the manufacturer, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. While the manufacturer provides a warranty (guarantee) for repairs or replacements, your statutory contract of sale is with the retailer, who is obligated to ensure goods are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Our contract is with Wren
