AIBU not wanting son's friends peeing in the garden

My son's (20M) football team had a big game yesterday evening and we were hosting the after party as he's the team captain. I drove my son and a few of his teammates home and the others Ubered to ours. I was pulling into the driveway and noticed a few of his teammates just arriving and getting out of the car. They were already quite drunk as there had been drinking at the game in the change rooms and a few of them made a beeline to the bushes and began peeing. One of them was also peeing into the bushes lining the drive way. I got out and asked him if he could please not do that and he just gave me a dismissive look and ran off after finishing. I find this to be pretty disrespectful but am not sure if it's just me.

That is absolutely grim

tutugogo · 08/03/2026 11:19

That very odd behaviour, i would not be hosting again if they can’t control themselves long enough for you to open the door. Grown men need to know how to behave

ExtraOnions · 08/03/2026 11:20

Did you Son think this was ok ?? Is he ok with Pissing in the street in general ?

Another revolting group of young, entitled, men.

DidChandlerGoToYemen · 08/03/2026 11:20

Ugh, yanbu. Men are so gross sometimes!

Iloveeverycat · 08/03/2026 11:21

That's disgusting. I wouldn't even want them in my house. Never host again.

domenica1 · 08/03/2026 11:21

It’s not nice but on the upside you should be free of fox poop for a week or so at least😂

AllSlippersareBanned · 08/03/2026 11:23

That’s disgusting. What utter scumbags.

GranolaBaker · 08/03/2026 11:23

that is really foul BUT I wouldn’t mind where I am in London as it would keep the foxes away

RobinInTheCrabApple · 08/03/2026 11:24

That would be the last time I'd be hosting any party for them.

If your son isn't as fed up as you about this I'd be pretty disappointed in him.

Mumsntfan1 · 08/03/2026 11:24

I thought the thread was going to be about a toddler/preschooler!

Agreed.

Your son needs to be out there now with disinfectant cleaning up.

SmoothOperatorCarlosSainz · 08/03/2026 12:24

Oh that’s really grim OP! They wouldn’t be invited back that’s for sure!

Createausername1970 · 08/03/2026 12:31

Nah, that's not good.

At the very least it's disrespectful to you.

I would be telling my son I won't be hosting any more celebrations at my home.

(But, yes, it will help with deterring foxes)

Secretseverywhere · 08/03/2026 12:40

I’m assuming by the time he was midflow it was too late to stop and so he had to finish and then legged it as embarrassed. It is rude though. I’m thinking it might of been a good thing overall as I suspect that had they all used your loo with drunken, lackadaisical, aim then your house would smell like a public lavatory.

I think possibly the answer is a hard no to hosting these types of parties.

I can almost guarantee he wasnt embarrassed.

AgnesMcDoo · 08/03/2026 12:48

abs gross 🤢

FranticFrankie · 08/03/2026 12:52

Grim
(unless directly on the compost heap, in the dark with nobody able to see)
I didn't know it keeps foxes away though 🤔

Edited

So did I 🤢 but no, just gross entitled grown-arse men. Lovely stuff. I’d be very annoyed too op. Absolutely no more parties. I could probably forgive it if matey had said sorry or seemed even slightly contrite, arrogant buggers.

BoredZelda · 08/03/2026 12:59

“Please don’t do that”??

”Get your dicks back in your trousers, get inside and use the toilet, you bunch of fucking feral fuckwits”

Nobody would be dismissive of me in my own home.

Shinyandnew1 · 08/03/2026 13:09

I’d be pissed off of I had offered up my home as a party venue to have people pissing in my flower bed and reacting like that when you spoke to them!

Bristolandlazy · 08/03/2026 13:11

That's vile, weird and totally disrespectful that he didn't apologise and reacted the way he did. Grim.

pinkyredrose · 08/03/2026 13:15

You thought it was a good idea to host a bunch of pissed young men? Why couldn't they stay at the pub?

outerspacepotato · 08/03/2026 13:16

Were they raised by wolves?

That's insanely disrespectful. You need to sit your son down and tell him his friends that spray their body fluids around your property aren't welcome any more and you hope he's not doing the same behaviour elsewhere. Then he gets to go spray down the biohazards.

Drunken asshole pigs.

SalmonOnFinnCrisp · 08/03/2026 13:19

Gross.
I'd be inclined to contact the club, Name him and explain what happened / his response and explain as a result that they werent welcome in my home again and I would not be hosting going forward.
Id also recommend my child reviews the company he keeps.

patooties · 08/03/2026 13:21

That is repulsive- I’d have my son out with the Jeyes and hose this morning.
