Sharing bath water

Just that really.
For what it is worth we have a massive roll top bath which takes 15 minutes to fill
I usually offer out to rest of family when I am done.
is that okay or grim?

A bit of a double standard one from me but I could get in the bath with DH but the idea of getting in his bath water I find totally grim

No, but my point is this. If you’re so worried there may be germs or skin cells from your husband on a shared towel or bath water, how is it suddenly ok to share the same germs etc during sex? You either feel yucky about them or you don’t. In my case I don’t.

so considering it's all the same germs - if you're happy to kiss your husband, do you also share the same toothbrush?

I want to be clean after a bath, I don’t want to sit in someone else’s dirty, sweaty water.

And then wash them away afterwards.....

How do you wash them away afterwards? Don't most people just stand up and get dry?

Lol all these people saying gross - bet they get in a swimming pool that have had all the germs in - also the sea which has no end of awful things in including dead bodies.

I don't use the sea or swimming pool to clean my body though. I shower afterwards to be clean.

Sure, but you don't do those things to get clean, you go in a pool to swim or relax - then you wash afterwards.

I know, I'm pointing out that washing in used bathwater is gross. I would not feel clean. I don't expect sea water or a swimming pool to clean my body. I understand what's in it, so shower afterwards.

I rinse off in the shower with soap.

But I am curious now, do people who are fine with sharing bath water also have a family toothbrush? All the same germs and saves money.

I will sometimes get in after my dc (2&4).
Me and dh have a bath together sometimes but this is more about the time together than saving water
