I think like all reality shows, the traitors is a reflection of society. In my opinion it mirrors the workplace, the playground and other social areas of life.
I have noticed that non-white players have an unfair advantage- they are often misunderstood and it doesn’t work in their favour.
Older players are also misunderstood, and are often classed as sweet and the mother hen but their opinions don’t carry weight for whatever reason.
Also, Jesse (who had the stammer) constantly expressing her opinions (and being correct) and everyone around her agreeing to her face and dismissing it, every single time - despite “loving her so much”.
It’s all a reflection of real life really. Even if it is just a game show.
But the craziest lesson is that as long as you look the part, you can tell all the lies in the world, and people will believe you. But if you don’t fit in and tell the truth - good luck.
And also playing dumb gets you far - Faraaz is non white and I think his obliviousness got him that far (and I guess being friends with the right people - the traitors).
