Not sure about desirable but he is just very naturally funny: makes me laugh before he's even opened his mouth. And comes across as quite gentle and diffident, which doesn't often go with that territory.

God no I don't find him in the least bit sexy. He's more like my dad. But he is hilarious. I saw him and Richard Ayoade doing a 'talk' recently about his (well both of their) new books and obviously it wasn't a comedy show - it was supposed to be a book talk - but they had the audience in stitches for the entire time. I rarely laugh out loud at stuff. Unless its those two.

I don’t fancy him but I think he is one of the funniest people ever. His stories on WILTY are brilliant.

I hope he is fully recovered now from his shingles as he still seems to be recovering on the current Gone Fishing series. Take care Bob!

I love Bob and I used to fancy him until he featured in an explicit dream of mine in which he had extremely smelly feet. Now when I see him on telly and start to think he’s sexy a little voice says ‘yeah but his feet stink’.

When I saw Ross Noble live I laughed so much I couldn’t breathe. Still recommend it though 😂 Every time he looked down he said “ah man - can’t believe I forgot to bring my good jeans” like it really made any difference to us!

yes, dont find him attractive as much as Id love to be his mate and pop round for an evening of merriment.
Id love to join the gossip club, which apparently consists of him,, Matt Berry and Reece Shearsmith (and thats who I do find extremely attractive) where they share the T and discuss who is 'at the top table'. I imagine Reece does some of his magic too.
