To get a robot floor cleaner thing in the Black Friday deals?

My partner wants to get this and go halves on it, I’m open to it but don’t know if they’re any good or not - does anyone have a similar and can give me any feedback on it’s usefulness?

We do have a long haired cat and are always hoovering although we don’t mop anywhere near enough as we don’t have a mop 🙈

I initially bought a basic Eufy 5 years ago. Life changing!

I have been hankering over a mopping one for a while and recently treated myself to one of the self cleaning and self emptying ones with a mop. It detangles hair from the brush and empties itself at the end of each clean. Absolutely brilliant. I've moved the old one to do upstairs.

I don't love the mopping though, unless I'm doing something wrong it just seems to move grime around rather than actually cleaning.

We have a roborok one which mops and and hoovers, it's great. It does the entire downstairs and goes under sofas etc so no tumbleweed of fluff now.

Wouldn't be without it. Cleaner uses the normal hoover once per week to get into corners and where it can't reach.

We bought additional mops so that we can change it frequently.
