in thinking that breakfast clubs are for working parents

and not for non-working parents who can't be bothered to organise breakfast for their dcs.

Peachy, why don't you write to your school and ask why they have not set up a breakfast club yet. All schools should be making efforts to provide extended school services.

If there are not enough children to establish a breakfast club then they should form a consortium with another school.

the Head there is v new and she's fanyastic but the old was a cow

when asked by a Governor she said 'because we don't want to attract parents like that' (meanong working parents).

She chose to retire early, often -hope-wonder whether) she was pushed -sacked-

I'm glad to hear that the new head is nice.

I remember reading somewhere that breakfast clubs helped to improve results. They make sure the children have a healthy breakfast and get to school on time. Its why Glasgow has free breakfast clubs for all children.

Look at this link if you are snotty about SAHMs using breakfast clubs. Breakfast clubs look like a cheap way to raise results.
