She's not shown any sign of mourning. She's a climber, she's using her fake grief and kids to achieve something. I don't believe her husband deserved to die, despite my dislike of him. I don't think there's anything going on. I think the leather pants just reminded him of his first true love in his parents sitting room.

Everyone grieves in different ways but I do find her actions odd. As she's a public figure, I don't see any issue in discussing this either - I doubt she reads MN and if she did, I doubt she'd give a shit about what a bunch of random on the Internet think. And I include myself in that.
