I am struggling with the combo of ADHD, a new job and two ND kids. My current reliance on alarms, reminders, post-it notes, a million notebooks and half hearted attempts at meal planning just isn't working.

So I'm interested in any systems or hacks that those of you with similar issues have found help longer term.

Imo, if anybody lives 24/7 with someone with ADHD, the difference between them and NT people, is like night and day!

Three members of my family have ADHD, two diagnosed by the NHS and it’s quite clear those two inherited it from DH. DH and I went to school, before we had even heard of ADHD, but he is still clearly hyperactive and has numerous problems with executive functioning. I don’t look at the other members of the family and think

”They are a bit ADHD”

Thank you for this thread. I'm struggling with this also. Sorry, I have no ideas as currently I feel like I have nothing that works and feel almost constant overwhelm. I manage at work as it is very task oriented and we have a big colour coded board organized by another adhder so when I have no idea what's going on a go stare at that! Family life though- a big struggle
