Of course Meghan has access to the best doctors and treatments that money can buy. But so do a lot of celebs who end up looking disfigured with cosmetic procedures.

If you’re a fan or not you can’t deny Megan looks phenomenal. Especially in her most recent pics.

I remember thinking her skin looked a bit sun damaged in her Netflix cooking show but she’s definitely had something done recently which has made her look VERY youthful!

No pillow face whatsoever. Very tasteful work. Of course she’s still young but she genuinely looks 15 years younger than her age.

Any guesses on what has given Meghan her recent glow up?

This is absolutely right. I do not have any interest in her, or the rest of the royal family. I really just can’t bother myself to have much of an opinion about them (and I am an opinionated hag) but I think she is fascinatingly beautiful. I find myself zooming in on her skin and her makeup. She looks exquisite

Meghan is an attractive woman and is often stylish. I loved her looks at Paris Fashion Week.
She's not ageing backwards though and she doesn't look "15 years younger". She looks like an attractive woman with all the privileges of immense wealth, including self care and a lot of time to have various treatments.
Her makeup is always excellent.

By every measure, my skin is younger now than it was 6 years ago. (With the proviso that I am a recovering 1980s sunbather so there was plenty of room for improvement!)

there’s also video footage of them arriving, photos taken by several different photographers, she looks like this in all of them. So has everyone heavily edited in the same way, or perhaps the one photo of her looking rough at the awards on twitter might be the edited one? Come on- you are allowed to not like what she does without having to pretend she’s not had good work done. (I know, you all hate her and are super annoyed she’d had work done but hasn’t ended up with a Madonna pillow face. It’s ok to admit you don’t like it when things go well for her. On the bright side, she’s probably really hungry.)

At 44 she is still a young woman and has that pared back Bessette-Kennedy look - nothing overdone, no big hair, 1" lashes, pouty lips and pillow face.

She's always been attractive - but of course it depends on which particular photo and the intended agenda of the publication the pic appears in.

Yes, we all look different in different photos. I think she knows how to present herself well, and while I don't doubt she's had a lot of treatments, none are over the top fillers and Botox that we see so much of. She hasn't ruined her lips, either. She's always had great makeup.

I'm not sure if it is Wig Lace or she's been to the Donald Trump School of fake tanning, but the difference in colour on her face to her hairline is very noticeable on this video:

I don't understand the Madonna comparison. Madonna looked great at 44 as well - she's 67 now!

I am sure she looks absolutely stunning in real life, compared to the 'non U' mere mortals I see daily (and in the mirror), but I have never found her particularly attractive. I think she's a bit odd-looking and I would like to see what she looks like without make-up.

Let’s face it most celebrities are above average at the very least, most are very attractive, combine that with huge amounts of money, time and access to all the best treatments and most will look great, Demi Moore, Jennifer Anniston all look fabulous it’s perfectly normal in celeb land so Meghan isn’t an exceptional example at all. I thought she looked dreadful in her pope get up the other day including the greasy make up, she looked lovely in the black dress, still didn’t like the make up.

If you Google it, there's a picture of her without makeup and with her hair in a towel. She has lovely features, but you can see how makeup enhances her look.

She doesn't look 15 years younger. She looks very well but her face shows a 40s face not a full fat young face on there 25s or early 30s.

She looks wonderful but she does all the time. I think it's down to the inner glow of having "found herself" more, nowadays too. I felt the same when my young children got to a still-young but "easier" stage, I loved the confidence and joy in my life at that time, reminds me of that.

I think she's energetic as well which helps, having good posture and being generally vibrant is a really youthful indicator no matter your age. I'm a bit jealous, in a positive way though, i bet it's nice to access that whole understated naturally fresh thing she's got going on.

Does she ever wear patterns? I don't recall seeing her in patterns, maybe that's why she looks crisp and fresh too, good fabrics and colours rather than the old razzle dazzle.
