do you toast your tortillas when you make fajitas?

Boring question alert 🚨

Just a silly debate we had over lunch at work. One person toasts them in a tiny bit of butter and can’t believe people don’t do the same. Inedible without this step.

Warm them up somehow before filling. Pan fry usually.

Otherwise you get warm or hot guacamole 🥑 🤮

@brunettemicI’ve never used a kit for a quesadilla. The most I’ve done is follow nigellas recipe….but normally it’s just what’s in the fridge and lots of cheese! No particular sauce except M&S salsa which is ace.
