Just wondered what law says misgendering is a crime? I might be naive and clueless but I thought the Supreme Court based its ruling on biological sex not gender.

If he doesn't get arrested, our legal system will have another joke on its hands. I suggest someone should verify if his private parts, which confirm he is a man, are intact to ensure he hasn't removed them to avoid men's prison. There are people around him supporting him, including women, without a doubt.
