If he already had a CBO it would show on the DBS check the nursery did, which you would like to think the nursery wouldn’t ignore that! Or he may of had a clean DBS got hired and then got the CBO.

Sad I know but I think there are possibly some legal/regulatory considerations from a newspapers pov though so they may be protecting themselves against possible suing them or some such if they feel misgendered.

The only made up "regulatory" considerations were that a while ago trans activist groups were allowed to demand that gross men like this were referred to as women by the courts.

It's rebounded on them big time as numerous similar court cases now lead people to make the assumption that predatory / perverted behaviour is somehow linked to men who claim to be women. You'd think they'd want to distance themselves from men like this but for some reason they're still wedded to insisting that "misgendering" is a crime no matter who. 🙄

It's enraging as all our crime data is completely skewed by these lies.

I don't think the whole trans thing has anything to do with it, just some people have really big issues and need help, I don't think being trans really enables people to do this kind of thing.

How is this person allowed to excuse the fact that they have been smearing faeces on walls of nurseries - because they are doing it for comfort?

What about the comfort of the people who are being exposed to this disgusting behaviour and having to clean it up - what about their comfort?

Seriously - I bloody hate criminal defence lawyers like this who do whatever they can to get their client off and avoid the sentence they truly deserve. And potentially the help they need? What a mad world we are living in. And to refer to the person as a woman is a bloody joke. Did this mean they had a more lenient sentence too? Makes my blood boil!

If you declare you are now a woman you can wipe your slate clean. Get a new birth certificate saying you were born female, call yourself a woman's name. If anyone complains about you, you can call them a transphobic bigot and get them sacked. 'Trans' is a predator's dream.

We've actually no idea. Our crime data is completely fucked as so many sex / violent crimes are attributed to women when they're really committed by men. The Ministry of Justice data - flawed as it is - highlights that transwomen are disproportionately imprisoned for sexual crimes.

The lack of accurate data means that if there are patterns and issues relating to any demographic we have no idea. There's some suggestion that women are increasingly involved in crimes of violence - but again the data is flawed as so many crimes committed by certain men are attributed to women.

This harms society, vulnerable groups and attempts at crime prevention if we don't know which sex is committing which crimes.

I’m furious with the BBC for referring to this man as ‘she’. No woman would ever commit an offence like this. I’m so livid that I’m writing to them. The law clearly states that a woman is a woman by biological sex not by identification. There is no need to refer to this man as ‘she’. He’s a man!!!!

That is a man. Before that he was a boy. He's a he/him. He was, is, and will always be a male of the species! And so are all the other men claiming womanhood. None of them are special. None of them have acquired the ability to actually change sex.
