I need inspiration. Eat meat and fish. Not great at eating a wide variety of veg (bad, i know) will likely have to go to the shop as not a lot in. Would like a big fat greasy takeaway but have neither the waistline or the funds.

Not particularly hungry and CBA cooking so had a tin of soup. It was a bit blah.

Might join you in a tin of soup - I was going to have jacket potatoes with cheese and baked beans but all the baked beans have disappeared!

So yeah looks like tinned tomato, chickpea and aubergine soup with cheese on toast. Not ideal but it'll fill me up.

I made a big soup of chicken, fennel and other veggies and cannellini beans in a creamy herby broth. Then a bit of greek yogurt with chopped papaya and a herb tea

Salmon fillet doused in hot honey,( honey and chili) airfried for about 8 mins with new potatoes and asparagus. Followed by blueberries, cherries, mango, bananas and Greek yoghurt.

When I have finished exercising in an hour- will have salad, falafel pitta... Not sure it's enough- but won't be able to be bothered to cook (I will have done 4hrs of exercise today!!) including a 60min personal training session and a 10k run, 30 min stepper and 30 min bike and some weights!!
