I don't think I am, my post pregnancy and breast feeding boobs just need a bit of extra support sometimes, but I am very embarrassed that my (elderly male) neighbour just saw me do this.

I'm a boob holder too. DH loves it

I do it too. Especially if unsupported. I've been known to do the support chest area with one arm whilst running at work (that doesn't happen often ) all the chaps there just stared at me. I just grin and say trust me you don't need to see the alternative . It's a boring job, so its nice to liven it up occasionally.

I hold them going upstairs & I have to hold mine going over speed bumps...although not while I'm driving.

When my DD was around 2 I saw her jumping down a step in the garden with her arms crossed over her chest...

It took me a while to work out that she thought she had to jump like that as I do!

It seems it is quite a common thing for us MNers to do! I thought I was the only one too!
