I don't think I am, my post pregnancy and breast feeding boobs just need a bit of extra support sometimes, but I am very embarrassed that my (elderly male) neighbour just saw me do this.

Yep me too!! I do it going up the stairs but not down them, weird! I have to remember NOT to do it in public though, once did it in the patio cafe area at Wisley while running after my v active DS1 , ooopps.

Recently went on nephews trampoline and alternated between boob-holding and leg crossing to avoid wetting myself.

Well, this cheered me up! My dh always takes the piss out of my 'down the stairs boob holding run' (Obviously I do this only at home!). Nice to know am not alone!

MaeWest - I just miss the bus rather than have the bus driver laughing at my bouncing boobs (not PC but wish I could say ogling,but after 2 kids not a chance!!)

i did a spinning class at the gym once, without a sprots bra. and baing rather large of norkage.
also, forgot to put my glasses on, and forgot hairband, i have long hair, and lots of it.
so there i was, cycling away, boobs flopping about every which way.up down, sideways, dripping sweat off my nose, glasses on floor. hair plastered everywhere, grabbing hold of boobs coz the flopping around getting painful. the instructor thought i was having a heart attack.

I tend to take a fencers stance whereby I use one arm to shelf the tits and the other to try and tame the audibly slapping bum-cheeks. In a debonair fashion.

I've recently taken to wearing sports bras all the time (well, not at night!)... DD is having a scooting craze and I keep finding myself having to run as we go to the playground. I can't hold onto boobs and dog lead at the same time.

When running with the dog I hold my elbows really high and push them together, seems to work.

Half your luck for having something to swing - what I want to know is AIBU for being annoyed with my 16mo ds for hiding one of my chicken fillets? Isn't losing my boobs to bfing enough - now I've lost my chicken fillets too?

i HAVE to do that anytime i run lol just before xmas the bus stopped and waited for me as the driver said i didnt need 2 black eyes for new year ....i have very bouncy boobies but they did used to earn me lots of tips as a barmaid
