Learning to meditate helps.
It calms your brain, helps to raise your frequency, increases mindfulness.
When you’re in the habit of meditating 15/20 minutes a day you can start to introduce visualisations - I write my own with a few self-hypnosis steps. When visualising immerse yourself into it like you’re really there (or have whatever it is), and remember how that feels.
Repeat the meditation a few times a week, try to recreate the feeling throughout the day.
You can also practice gratitude - I have a journal app for it, I take photos of things that have made me happy, write down good things, reframe bad things so I can think about what they’ve taught me rather than wallowing in the crap.
Learn to control your reactions - things that usually make you flare up with anger, learn to accept them, being angry and stressed isn’t going to change anything and could negatively affect the outcome.
Basically live your life seeing the good in things, feeling love, knowing that no matter what you are getting through it.
Do things that make you feel good, as much as you can. When you’re inspired to do something, do it (I find this really difficult!).
