God, yes! She brings the same vulnerable querulousness to almost every role ('The Split' was the apogee of this). So boring.

Though she did have a more minor role in Mary & George (Sky/Now) in which she was viciously bitchy and scheming and she was great. So maybe she's being type cast, or just leans into those kind of victimy roles. Either way, Nicola, stop it.
